    I would say you are spot on.

    I sent him a pm... no response ... Im sure its because I didnt say " hey let me give you 10K for a website that makes no money"

    a website is a business... this one makes no money.. unlikely that it even makes enough a month to cover hosting fees. If it does not make money it has no value other than to the community...

    the longer its held in its current configuration the less value it will have.... its dying a slow dried up death

      He's not holding it hostage for a payout, and he doesn't want to sell it or give it away to be parted out.
      It could be also be that he just doesn't have time to mess with it anymore and family comes first.
      As far as not owning a Sy or Ty, you're wrong on that.
