  • Front/rear alumnium bumper support

    I inspected them and they are easy to make.

    front bumper support is so heavy.
    also rear.
    so Iím gonna convert them to aluminum bumper support, very light one.

    Keep eye on it.

    That would be great . Let us know how it goes amd how
    much weight you cut . I would pay for this if weight is significant .

      Doing some frame. Soon do the brackets for the turn signals and fog light plus some brackets/supports for bolt on the frames. It going to be so lightly!

        I weighed it without a cover, 23.3 lbs. everything include fog light, turn signals and braces. So around 24-25 lbs with cover.

        ill update on weigh of the aluminum one after done 100%.

          I weighed bare steel bumper support and my homemade aluminum bumper support.

          15+ pounds saving without a side braces itís pointless to use them.

          steel = 20 lbs

          aluminum = 4 lbs

          for just front bumper support.

          yes it holding solid good enough.

          rear is NEXT!

                Driver side is next to install turn signal and foglight.

                may need to adjust on foglight little bit.
