TC stall Q again

Sorry to beat a dead horse here but I'll be ordering a TC soon and just want to be sure.

Basic build:

Vortecs w/stock size valves but custom valve job and aftermarket valves, port matched.
Stock rockers (Pedestal roller)
Comp 412 cam
Eagles
SRP pistons + .030
Built 700r4

Final decision on turbo is not made but thinking of converting my stocker to something to match the build. 20g? but need to check,

So what stall TC? Research looks to me like 2600 - 2800max. for a truck that is driven to the track and other occasions but not a DD.

I've had 2800 9/11's in both of my trucks & I drive a long ways to work 90+ miles. The stall never bothered me. To me it was only noticeable when I had the steering wheel cranked hard & I was rolling on the gas.

i have same build apart from a 415 instead of a 412 and plan to almost DD mine. Prob less track use than DD.

2800 waller stall :tup:

Other than I have RPM stage 2 turbo, are motors are the same. I have a 2800 stall from Myclone:myclone: and she drives in town great. If you want to drive a 2800 before you put it in your truck, you more than welcome to come down and drive my truck, if you want.

OK, TC ordered. It'll be a 9/11 2800 stall.
