All, I am to a point of being lost. I am trying to install 50 lb injectors in my truck and something isnt right. I stuck in a set and the truck will not fire up. Reinstall the stock injectors and it fires right up. Get a different set of injectors and chip from a truck that is running and once installed the truck will not run. Reinstall the stock injectors and it will fire right up. With the 50 pounders there is no fuel getting to the cylinders. I have varied the fuel pressure setting from 50 to 65. What the heck am I missing?

Anyone heard anything like this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Were either of the chips, yours or a friends burned for 50lb injectors? Or were they for stockers still? If the chip was set up for stockers it will not run the 50lb'ers. You need someone to burn you a chip for them.

i was trying to add this before my computer took a dump on me earlier. But they might be the wrong impedance. Meaning you'll need the driver mod for the ECM to run them.. Or they might not actually be 50lb'ers..?

did the first truck have the ecm modded for low impedence injectors? If your trying to use low impedence injectors on a high impedence setup i don't think they will work, coil resistance on high is 12.2 ohms, and on lows its only 2.2ohms.

The chip and injectors came out of a running truck, together. Stock setup, 3 Bar MAP sensor, same as mine. I will swap the ECM to see if that does anything different. The 50lb chip will work with the stock injectors in my truck just not the 50 lbers, either set that I have.
