Flaking out on offers?

I've noticed that the majority of the folks who have made an offer for the items I have for sell have not contacted me to complete the purchase.

If you are reluctant to call me to place your order as an option feel free to use my Pay Pal account alternatively.

Never accepted money before using PayPal, so not sure if or how it works.

Ive never had an issue with paypal either and Ive been using it since 2004.

just dont fall for any of those spoof emails and you should be all set ;)

also, I edited your email address in your post to help reduce spammers hitting your inbox :tup:

pay-pal is o.k.,just not a happy camper about the fees, so most sellers ask the buyers to cover them. It's kinda like you asking for the buyer to use a credit card. You loose 3%( I think that is what the card company's charge).

which is BS in my opinion. I'm not saying you cant figure the paypal fees into the price, but as a seller you're choosing to accept for the convenience, don't ask someone to pay for fees cause you'll lose money. Either take the loss or don't accept paypal, its that simple.
Unless its something I really want, I wont buy from sellers who flat out ask for paypal fees to be covered.

actually PayPal is cheaper than most CC companies, not to mention you have to rent or pay for the equipment to run the cards on top of that. I never bothered to get a CC machine for those reasons, it was cheaper and easier to just run someones card through paypal.

i would just call him in give him your CC, i did bussines with him, and he is a stand up guy. dunno if it helps, but i get the feeling that alot of people are scared of giving him your CC info.

FWIW, I run a legit business selling exercise equipment on the net for many years. I just thought Paypal was an inconvenience to use, but seems to work ok and I can run these orders through my personal side. ;)

Whatever makes the customer comfortable is fine.
