Ok, just got off the phone with my mandrel bending buddy and he has 9 lower sections done, I am doing the upper section as it requires mostly welding.

So anybody on the list that is ready and wants to paypal, mail check, let me know you still want it, don't want it, etc.

I have a 3 day weekend picking up everything needed to finish them so these as well as any other part I might owe someone will be done this weekend and shipped on monday/tuesday.

If you don't want the dp anymore and your on the list let me know so I can offer it to someone else.

Just an fyi, if you need more flanges in the future, I can probably make them for you at a very low cost.

Just got back from exhaust guy. 9 lower sections are DONE, 3 are paid for at this point.

I am heading in a few to finish the upper sections up. I have people waiting so if your on the list and don't want it, be a bit due to funds etc just let me know.

Same jigs, some design/setup as the old ones. No skull emblem this time unless someone just really wanted one (I have 3 left I think).

difference is 409 stainless, mild steel flange....

They look just like those. Those were done on original GP, same jig same design just slightly different material to help keep cost down without hurting performance.

External BOV has nothing to do with the downpipe.

Updated the list/first post above. Heading tomorrow to UPS store to ship parts atleast those that have paid. Hint, hint.

Busted my ass this weekend in a hot garage getting these done. I forgot how long 10 dp's take to build and I only did the top half this time.

Not doing any cutouts on dp anymore, best to do that locally after you get it installed due to clearance issues with torsion bars, etc.

i was just looking for a picture to see how you do it, i got a cut out but it's too bulky, so i guess i'll just v in a piece of pipe and cap it
