I am going to try and fix a pan leak the truck has had for ever,what gasket method are you guys using?

yep, If I still worked at the dealer I could get you a free one. which is the ONLY thing I miss about the dealer ....

Hi folks,

best pan gasket, hands down, is made by ATP (automatic transmission parts). Sold and reboxed by Napa, as well.

It's sort of rubber, but really a composite. No other gasket comes close, IMHO.

The late model factory gaskets are more of a paper gasket and I never see them leak. I have one on my truck and no leaks
