5,000 is a "decent offer" for that one.
I've been watching this thread, and your reluctance to price low enough where it will sell is obvious. The reason you still have it, is because it is over-priced in the opinion of those that have considered buying it. You call them tire kickers, or not serious, or what ever, but the reality is they are not stepping-up, because you are not willing to sell for a price that they are willing to pay.
I recall 'TommyNos' sold his "2,000 find" for about 6,500 after putting almost 2,000 in it. It wasn't rusty, and probably ran pretty well. It sold very quickly, so it must have been priced correctly. It was white like yours, and also in Florida, same your market.
Yours is rusty, needs a turbo, oil change, shocks, cladding work, "tune up", bumper is peeling, and with that much wrong, who knows what else it needs. Probably a lot. There are other Typhoons currently listed for less than yours, that appear [are] to be in better condition. And they are not selling either.
The only opinion as to value that counts, is that of a potential buyer. It is up to both the buyer and the seller to come to an agreement of 'price'. You have to work your prospects to come to this 'agreement'. Using the evidence and opinion of knowledgeable people is part of this process. The buyers have the same sources as you do for research.
Belittling potential buyers by calling them "low-ballers" without even hearing their offer is really disingenuous. You need to be more open minded in this market. "Market Conditions" = No one is inclined to spend any money for this kind of purchase right now, even if they do have funding available.
