GAST Meet - Fall 2009

I know it's late planning, and understandably, the attendance may reflect that, but I dunno if I can wait till Spring for another meet. So.....let's try to get together with the GAFBA again at Silver Dollar like we used to do every year back in the day. Here's the flyer for the meet:

I'll talk to Cliff and make sure that our attendance will be welcomed (it will be as it always has been), and we can start getting a head count. We can use the Days Inn again for lodging since they'll be cheapest, but we may just make this a simple 2 day (Sat/Sun) event to cut lodging costs to one night only.

I'm going to try my best to make it. As long as I can get my cladding painted and back on in time I'll be there.

I finally just installed all the tune up parts I bought from Hood over a year ago along with a bunch more parts I've been collecting for the Ty.

Hell, I'd come just to see the cars and watch...I wouldn't be racing my Ty, though. Just have to see how things are gonna work out with me signing into my new unit and getting back into that Army thing after taking 30 days vacation! LOL

ebay.... came out of canada, so i basically bought the bike for $30, and s/h was $200 :rotf: Guess thats how they get around whatever they need to do for sales to the US.

Well, sorry for the lack of response here. Unfortunately, I'm out on this meet. My wife has a continuing education thing in North Carolina (all Veterinarians have do XX hrs of continuing ed. each year) that we have to go to this same weekend.

Really sorry to light a fire and then bail, but the wife sprung this info on me at the last minute.
