If I ever repaint the Sy, I'll be painting those colours. I love Spooldup's Ty with that colour combo, I might darken both colours up a shade but it's definatly going to be a similar blue with more of a gunmetal grey cladding. Yes I drool over Spooldup's Ty often.

So do i paint the grille around the headlights the cladding color ? Looking at brians ty , I didnt see it painted , but I thought some did have it that way .

Paint the grille bars AND headlight bezels Argent Gray.
Your Sy will look so ****in badass Royal/Argent that it is almost stupid.Only thing better IMO would be Aspen/Gray. Keep us updated. :tup:

I love the look :tup: but I wouldn't listen to Jimmy, paint the front end like a 93 Ty!!

I know this isn't royal blue but thought I'd post it just in case you haven't seen it yet, I can't remember who's truck it is anymore thought.
edit....It is/was FROGMAN92's truck, he's been offline for a little over 2 years. Anyways the colors are 1997 GTS Viper Pearl Blue/1997 Chrysler Bright Platinum

If you want it to be accurate for the Royal Blue/Argent Grey scheme, the headlight surrounds should be body colour, and the grille bars should be black (I think).

Along time ago there was a two tone midnight blue and white one here in Vegas.. Blue on top white down the middle, and blue on the bottom. All the Sy stckers were removed and the only way to know it was a Sy was the rims and clading and he had hand pinstripe lettering on the rear window posts saying syclone...

Not Royal, but I think this is the BEST way to separate the color scheme on the grill. It also happens to all be original too.

Framework - body color
Headlight trim - cladding color (or dk gray if cladding is body color)
Center grill - flat black with dk gray horizontal bars

I plan on it, if I can get it painted this winter, its going definitly 2 tone, dont know what colors yet though. Anyone got any fresh color ideas??

Green and Gold. Green for the money, Gold for the Honeys. All youd have to do is pop a feather in your hat and wallllllllaaaaa. PIMP status! :rotf: :tup:

Yea, I got it back in '94 or '95 when the truck was new and recently added the black decals to it. Originally I had the area psinted solid black. I must say that it stuck pretty well through the years.
