Need some help, my syclone has power up until the fire wall but not inside the truck what could be causing this. I checked the fuse box inside the truck and it has no power. Any suggestions
Where on the firewall are you chasing the power? A few places to check with a light are the power distribution block on the firewall above and left of the distributor. There are a couple fuseable links on the + battery line (small white looking cylinders right on the cable); sounds like one of those....
Okay...there are only two 12V feeds that go through the firewall.
one goes to feed the ignition switch
one goes to feed the headlight switch, and also feeds the fuse panel.
Check the fuseable link between the alternator and the 12V distribution block on the firewall; that is the line that feeds the fuse box. Also check AT the alternator to see if you have power there.
Also look right on the backside of the alternator, and you'll see a fuse holder with a larger red wire; that is the main feed to the intercooler pump; double check that you didn't blow that 10A fuse when your old man went arky-sparky....
then where the heck DO you have power? Why don't we take this offline until we figure some stuff out...I'll PM you, then we'll work through PM until we get you back on the road.....
There should be fusible links at the starter post - haev a look at these, and when you fiund them pull on them. They may look good, but give them a tug, and if they are bad, replace them with fusible link wire...

The only two fuseble links on the truck are both off the alternator. There are 3 wires on the back of the alternator, one goes directly to a fuse holder (10A) to feed the IC pump relay. The other two both have fuseable links in them; one link is in between the alternator and the "juction block" on the firewall (this one feeds the fuse panel), and the other is between the alternator and the ignition switch. From the starter to the battery is straight cable; there is no fuseable link.
