budget build 95 ss

I have a 95 SS s-10, and I want to swap the syty intake, and exhaust manifolds onto my 4.3. I have a turbo sitting in my shop (TO4E), and I was wanting to get an idea of what all I will need. I want to put in a 4L60E, how much more difficult will that be? I am going to get a set of vortec heads, but right now I just want a low boost toy, until I can build a stout shortblock. Thats about what I figured. My uncle has a salvage yard, and 3 in FL, so I can get a deal on most of the stuff if he has it, and I'm determined to turbo it, so thanks for the guidance, I appreciate it.

2 are in sebring,amd I can't recall where the other is off the top of my head. He may not have some of the stuff I need, but he can find it for me.
