Did you take it apart and lube everything up ( back of the pads, caliper slides, area where the caliper touches the caliper bracket ) ?? Brake squeaks are caused by very small vibrations where all the surface areas touch each other. Thats why on some vehicals they have alot of anti vibration clips to help keep squeaks down. You can also try and rough up the face of the pads with some sand paper in a NON-directional way to help, use something aggressive 80-150 grit, whatever. Take the rotors back off and scrub them with some soap and water and then hose them off, they put a coating on rotors when they are new called Cosmoline to keep the rotors from rusting while they sit on the shelf. It should be scrubbed off before they are installed, but it can't hurt to try.
