haven't done it but don't think you will get much gain from the stockers. That money could be better spent in other areas for more gain.

I just port matched mine and removed a small amount of material around the radius bends with a die grinder and a carbide bit.
Nothing pretty, just tried to make sure there were no sharp edges or mismatches.

Agreed, Port them. Spend most of your time on the port openings and where the turbo bolts on, as this is where they need the most attention. Extrude honing makes them look nice..........

We've dyno tested headers, stock manifolds, ported manifolds. The numbers might surprise you!!

Don't discount the power you can make with a good set of ported stock manifolds and crossover.

As well as right below the turbo check the outlet/inlet on the manifolds where the x over bolts on. Theres some flow to be had by doing some die grinder work on those two openings since the diameter is smaller than the x over diameter. Theres prolly every bit of an 1/8" that can be removed around the openings...least there was on mine.

i just picked up a set, they look killer.

Where'd you have it done.....or did you actually buy them that way.

So I'm guessing no one has actually ran test on the differences to include the extrude hone?

i bought them that way. they were ported and extrude honed.

This is what I am thinking. A little time with a grinder to match it all up then Extrude Hone to clean up the flow, but......... is the extrude hone worth the $600.00 - $800.00 they want to do it?

If you are going to extrude hone ,,you need to grind/port material where you need to first then sent off to extrude hone.
They (extrude hone) has no way to control where the material is going to be taken off of your manifolds.
