Fuel Pressure Reg Spraying Everywhere

[too many toys]

I changed the fpr last week noticed the smell of gas everytime i drove it and it was leaking where it goes into the rails so i pulled it apart again and the o-ring was torn put on the spare reinstalled now it is spraying all over the place what gives pulled it out again took the o-ring off the old fpr still same problem it is brand new from RPM are my rails shot!

Are you use some lubricant on the O-ring to put it in. I usually use some vaseline.

Unless you damaged it somehow I seriously doubt the rail is bad. Get the correct o-ring and install it with some lube, I use a little motor oil. Try to tighten the bolts evenly.

I usually use some vaseline.

I used the same thing on mine this weekend and it is working fine.
