Re: Chrome C6 ZO6 wheels on Typhoon
The plates were already there and I would rather see the plate than two black holes in the bumper. I plan on running with no front plate when I have the truck re-painted. Additionally, since my wife and I ordered the special Texas plates at the same time the plate numbers are one number a part. Stupid, but cool at the same time. and no she does not drive a SYTY, she drives a BMW X3.
The wheels are replicas and they came from Tom's Wheels. Honest folks and the wheels came mounted and balanced. I am very happy with the wheels. The only change I would do now that I have the wheels on the truck is to have them refinished in Black Chrome. I think that would look sweet!!!! I have had them on now for about 3,000 miles and have not felt and difference between them and the stock wheels. I did notice a difference when I lowered the rear 2" though.
Thanks for all the help and thumbs up guys!!
