I found a little trick that helps find those leaks. Its similar to the bicycle tube trick, but doesn't require a bicycle tube. Just pull the IC hose off the turbo compressor outlet and block it off with a can or freeze plug or something round that fits. Pull off a large vaccum line, like the line from the PCV valve or the brake booster. Then using a air hose with a blow gun attachment and compressor with a pressure regulator set arround 10 to 15 psi, hold the gun up to the vaccum line tightly and blow in the hose to pressurize the intake. The blowgun I used had a long nozzle on it, so I just wrapped some tape arround it and shoved it in the line It sealed just fine. You can then easily hear and feel for leaks. I found a large leak at the vac. plug on the side of my throttle body and a leak arround the hose connecting the IC and the throttle body.
