Check why the anti-lock light is on by utilizing the
ALDL port that is under the dash. It can also tell you what your "check engine" light means as well. No need to bu a code scanner, all you need is a paper clip.

. You can post up a WTB in the classifieds. Unless someone has a loose center cap laying around, they will be reluctant to sell you just one since it will break up the set. ebay is a good source however, expect to pay

Regarding replacing the locks, you may be able to obtain them locally if you have a decent hardware store by you. Socket head cap screws in metric can be hard to come by. The dimensions that you are looking for are:
Thread size M10 X 1.50
Length 1.30"
Head diameter .620"
You could try
McMaster-Carr but sometimes they won't break up fasteners. You will have to buy a whole box of 100 even though you only need 4.
