IAC - where is it??

I'm not really mechanically savy, but I'm trying to clean my IAC because after my car warms it gets boggy in idle and eventually it dies. I just can't find it. Is it located under the IC? Do I have to take off the IC? I got about 2 more hours of sun light, seeing I have no garage.

its in the bottom of the throtle body. in the rear of the TB. It has to be removed and sprayed out. Its just as easy to get a new one. They cost about 30$. remove the plug on the end and use a 1 1/4 deep socket to take it off. Be carfull when you clean and install not to bend the shaft.

Ok, I'm not taking that off today. Theres just to much junk around it that I would have to remove for me to be able to access it and its way to cold. I appreciate the picture it is much help. Thanks.

Hit up Matt Blum. He made my 95k TB look good. and opened it up to 52mm. The creaper was a x-mas gift from a good friend. He got tired of seeing me slide under my truck with plastic bags...

Think I just removed some vac lines, the pvc hose and a few other hoses. cant remember right now. Truck has been apart for so long. I would just buy a new one. There is also a way to set the IAC. This might help http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=29757&highlight=adjust+iac

I think I need to take off the EGR as well, bottom bolt is a bitch to get to, there is a hose there blocking access to the EGR bolt that I went to take off but its clamped and I don't have enough light to see where I'm pulling it off at.

Is the IAC standard as on a 91 s-10 sonoma? Or does anyone have a part #?

Where on earth are you guys getting these for 30-40$?

Thats from brasington which is 20% over cost.

NAPA 36$ in Chicago.

Also another question. I've posted 3 posts (this one included) and I am wondering if any of these problems may have a connection such as my boggyness of my turbo and my IAC? Who knows?

There are 3 IAC at NAPA by me one 36$, one like 90$, and another which I don't remember price.
