t-stat neck

I hate those. I have one on my V8 and I have had a bitch of a time stopping it from leaking. They look good but the design just doesn't sit right with me. I prefer a gasket and gasket sealer over that O-Ring style. To each there own, my .02. I believe this will work. Ask for an extra O-ring because they last about a year. Good luck!

Just get your stocker chrome'd if you need the bling and run the Fel-Pro reusable o-ring gasket.

dont want chrome. I want polished. The stocker looks like it was hit with a hammer. Trust me it would cost more to chrome the stock then to buy a new one.

OK then, just make sure that whatever neck to get is the correct o.d., 1.25".

I'm pretty sure that the one you're looking at there is at least 1.5".
It doesn't seem like much, but It's a pain to stretch the hose over the neck & it looks funny because the hose is stretched so much.

Thanks. For now because cash is short I just sanded down the stock and hit it with some paint. Will work for now. I will look for a nice one down the road.
