fun day all in all. after talking to bob http://www.bigtimeauto.com/ and bill http://www.secondstreetspeed.com/index.htm we came to the thought 500rwhp is fine for a very safe rich street tune, lets just go to the track have some fun and if the 103k mile rears, transfercase, stock axles and 700 "waller trans" dont break we can go back for a real race tune. i agree. i have had this ty for so long and it has been 4-5 years since i was able to make a full pass, the plan is when i get back from my trip to va and ga this coming week to make time next week to stop down the track and get a couple runs in.

this was the street tune on pump gas "93oct" street tune very little timing and 23psi. alky only made a additional 11rwhp when on so we just used it on the smallest gain setting on 1 to cool intake temps since we are not ready for the race tune yet. i would like to think full race tune 600rwhp should be something to shot for. then the upgrades will begin on drive line parts if i keep it.

note....as you can see in the vid the ic hose is going to need to be modded to stay on at this power.

Well all i see on that sheet is max power where is the torque and the weather corrected power #'s.
Oh yea maybe i should go out to bobs i might put out 600ft lbs since dyno jets are the most inaccurate to real time wheel power and torque.
I will give you a full free dyno pass on Tune Time Performance's dyno on me to see what the real #'s are coming out of the truck.

Not bust-in on you but its a fact that the dynojet is known for giving higher numbers because it just not as good or real time as Mustangs Dynometers.

i think someone is getting worried. sure free pull sounds good since there is always a loss when only useing the rear wheels on a awd car/truck i feel the numbers should be about the same.

See what happens is the dyno jet doesn't caculate for the weight of the vehicle and also takes away the weather conditions when giving final numbers. Everyone who has come to the dyno with Dyno Jet numbers has left disappointed that the numbers were less. I am only telling you this becasue it is getting what you pay for with dynos. Looks great on paper but the real deal is hidden.

My truck on pump gas with 9.8 AFR went 379 HP @ 500 FT LB on 17.5 lbs of boost with a GT35R. on a Mustang Dynometer.

So i think we need to get your truck on the Dyno down here so we can compare atleast dyno # to dyno #.

Keith hasn't called me back about putting the downpipe on so i am just going with the coilovers in the next week or so and then maybe to Atco for a few runs and then to keith and then to Harry for final numbers.

sounds like a plan and remember mine is way rich since bob knows how i am and know i will break things if given a perfect tune and this is just pump gas tune as well. i would be currious to see what the outcome will be. i would say at least 450-75. plus we hit 500 and said that is good for today, a good day nothing broke lets go home.

Very Nice...a lot of hard work/money that paid off. Congratulations it must feel good.
A little scary that it is on jack stands...although most of our trucks are at home on them...just not on a dyno!
I think I can see your front wheels growing larger in the video. Is that so?
