I'm in talks with a freelance writer (Mike Mueller) in the North GA area who is in the process of writing a book entitled "Muscle Trucks" and is seeking a Syclone and Typhoon for use in the book. Obviously, we want to represent the community as highly as possible, so the call is for trucks that look stock* and look great. The photographer will arrange to set up a photo shoot with you/your truck and the resulting photographs will be used in his book along with a credit given to you for your contribution.
I'd personally like to see Alvin's Syclone used, but if you're interested, please PM me, and I'll put you in touch with the author/photographer. And remember, I'm passing up this opportunity for myself, so if a couple of you guys do the shoot, ya'll owe me a beer the next time you see me.
* - By "stock", I mean no glaring modifications (wheels, roll cage, A2A intercooler, hard tonneau cover, etc....). Some performance and minor interior mods (gauges, etc...) will be fine.
You can check out some of the author's work at your local bookstore. Some examples are:
The Complete Book of Corvettes
Pickup Trucks
Chevy Small-Block V-8: 50 Years of High Performance
Hood
