Hypertec or Jet Chips??

Well i diagnosed the typhoon the other day on the no start problem and we found that the ECU is junk. I will have to buy a remanufactured one from the factory. While i am doing this i thought i might as well put a performance chip in. there are two different types but I was wondering what u guys thought on which one to get because i have no expereance with either brand. Hypertech or Jet Chips??

stay away from hypertech. they suck. dont know alot about jet chips, I lot of ppl run the pit bull chip, the ultimate chip, phil longs chip, and a couple more. Ultimate chips pretty cool as it has a gauge to shuffle thru multiple settings like a boost controller and has valet and security modes as well, and it can be locked. The downside is theyre kinda expensive, over 400 new. check the 'for sale' section as chips tend to show up every once in a while there.

Hypertech is refered to as hypercrap or hypershit around here. Jet chips aren't worth what an Ultimate, long, or pit bull chip can give you. Stay away from Kenne Bell chips, they have nbo type of knock control. PM Willyson^^^ or check the for sale ads, he has a version 10 ultimate for sale, wich I believe is the latest version. Check sytychips.com for more info too.
