What is this part???

Hi all. This part is in the bed of my SY running the aux. fan for my tranny cooler. I also noticed that my tranny gauge in my pillar is not working so I think that this part has gone bad. Can anyone tell me what tis is and were I can get a new one, or maybe how to test it to see if it is bad? It has a yellow label on the bottom with a part# P/N16759, 12v.(yellow), AC clutch(green), ground(black), to relay 85/86(blue). Thanks.

Thanks again for all the help. I found the problem and fixed the issue. The ign. side came loose from the fuse box. I thought I checked it before but apperantly not good enough. Oh well, it works fine now.
