Evap core box sealant goo?

I just replaced my evaporator core and need to know where I can get some goo or whatever it is that seals the area around where the lines come out of the box. Its the black silly putty like goo. I was told by someone to reuse the old stuff but it is not as pliable as it used to be I guess and I do not think it would stay in place. Also I am a dumb ass and threw it away. any help would be great.

buytal tape, any glass shop will sell you a roll for 5-6 bucks handy shit sticks like snot in a screen door

Cool thanks Ken. Is that the same stuff that was there originally or just something that will work? I don't care about it being original really just curious is all.

basically the same stuff works better as it says flexable, get the mediud diameter oh and wear gloves when you use it, sticky stuff, good for annoying rattles also

Just fyi since Ken told me what I needed while I was out I stopped at napa and they carry the buytal tape in a couple of different thicknesses. In case anyone one else finds themselves needing the same stuff.
