Well if defiantely strong than the stock cam, but that isn't saying much. Its a milds cam and if the chip is retuned it should have any difficulting passing emmisions. That cam is milder than the SoGT cam.
As for retunig, if you planning on doing code $59 is should present any big problem. With a MAP sensor ECM any time the intake air flow path is significantly change (ie noticable larger cam or through better air flow in the intake) The VE is changed.
A map sensor is only measuring pressure, so 5" vacuum with stock 150cfm head and short lift/duration cam with going to fuel for a lot less fuel than a set of heads that flow 20 cfm more and the cam lift & duration is easily 25% longer.

Seeing most people seem to have difficult times to pass here in Ca w/a stock cam,,,,,,adding 20 degrees or so duration @ .050 lift is not going to help.

The concerns regarding passing 'smog check' are interesting. I've never thought of this. My cam is very similar to the L35 cam which I run in two other T-10s. The Syclone idles and responds off-idle just like a L35. I have not checked the vacuum at idle, but I'll bet it's really close to a stock-cam Ty. The L35s pass with no prob. As long as the vacuum at idle isn't significantly different from the stock cam, MAP will be about the same. Any other differences in efficiencies in air flow will be compensated for by the IAC sub-routine. It will be interesting to see what the BLM is at idle. I know it hasn't set 44 or 45. I don't think smog is going to be an issue.
My 92 has been smog checked 4 times since 2000. Never a problem. Never have to use tricks. I don't even drive it to warm up the cat. Max-allowed HC at idle is 120ppm. I've been 88, 42, 52, (lost the paperwork from 2000).
Has stock plug wires, rotor and cap I put on it in 2000. The CR42s have been in it for at least 5 years. Fuel filter has about 25K miles. I don't go overboard on maintainence, because it seems to run just fine on the parts that are in it. And it smogs every time. I guess I'm not "most people" BUT I admit, a stock cam.
I appreciate the input, guys. I'll post what happens at the smog-check station.....

This actually has *less* overlap than a stock cam, so it should really test better.
It looks like a nice cam, overall. Quite similar to the comp 410 grind, only with more separation. A good choice for a set of unmodded L35s.
You'll have to tweak the chip, though, to make it all work well.
You're moving more air, and the stock chip is still moving the same amount of fuel.

Thanks for the comments, Dig. I had a feeling that there would be 'chip work' to do when I chose this cam. This will be a whole new thing for me, (diagnostics and analysis, no. 'Chipping', yes) and I didn't want the bar set too high for my first attempt.
I'm looking forward to getting into this........

It really won't be as hard as you think... if you understand the basics of how the system works, the innards of the chip will make some degree of sense to you.
Get a wide-band, patch the stock chip, and see how far you are away.
