Ive been daily driving the typhoon to work for the past few months, the truck runs great and has been getting 17mpg, anyways, I went to start it to head to work today and the damn thing just cranks, if I push the pedal to the floor it will try to sputter then die.. Ive been running code59 with the 60# injectors bin that I have tuned along the way, I put the stock chip in just incase somehting went weird with the chip I had in there and does the same thing. So I went to swap out the ignition module as my next step, ( I always keep spares) still the same deal!! Im thinking the ECM took a shit? Any ideas?

start with the standard stuff, air, fuel, spark. make sure you are getting good spark, and make sure you are getting the correct amout of fuel to the engine, or that you are getting fuel at all.
stick your head down by the gas tank and listen for the fuel pump to run or not. and like everyone said check your fuses

Re: Truck wont start, drove fine for months!!!

Well I figured it out after testing many things, I decided it had to be a ecm problem. So I decided to take it all apart and have look, the motherboard of the ecm must of been making contact with the metal housing, I took it completely out of the housing and the truck fired right up  There are little cork squares that keep it away from the housing and they were pretty much gone  I think im going to get a brand new ecm though just incase.

I just installed my brand new delco ecm, truck fired up faster than ever, and the idle is nice and smooth, even feels faster(but that may be because I havent driven it in a week) :D

Re: Truck wont start, drove fine for months!!! Problem back again!!!

Well this problem has come back, the truck cranks but wont start, has fuel pressure, I can datalog so the ecm works fine, just seems like there is no spark again, ignition module checks out fine, coil is good. The ecm knows when I put the truck in park, N and drive. The truck will just crank and nothing happens, another thing is even when the truck cranks, in tunerpro is still displays 0 for the rpms?
