I started to install the PTE turbo on my truck. I searched but had no luck finding any info. I am trying to find a fitting so I can connect the stock oil feed line to the PTE turbo. The fitting from my stock turbo is close, But It wont thead into the turbo.

Re: Turbo oil feed

I will probably end up having to do that. I was hoping to get a fitting that would work because I already have a new line just like the stock one.

Re: Turbo oil feed

I took the line to a speed shop. We tried a 4 an to small, and a 6 an to large on the oil feed line fitting. So I am not sure. I called PTE, They told me the turbo needed a 1/8 fitting. So if I could just find out what size fitting the line was. Maybe I can get a adapter fitting between the stock fitting and the turbo.

I had the same problem, the fitting you should need is a -4an to 1/8 pipe. Thats what helped me out on my PTE-52 turdbo.

I agree with NJ93TY. I'm 99% sure the factory line is a -3 AN line with a -4 AN fitting at the turbo. My PT51 came with the -4 to 1/8 NPT fitting when I bought it new. If the turbo was used maybe the P.O. forgot the fitting inside their stock feed line.
