Ok, bringing back an old post to an old board. Tranny is toast. Lost 1, 3,4. Pulling it out and sending it out. I will get a new TV cable as I think that is stretched as well.

I just used this to ID my transmission. 2LHM266A 2 =Model year 1992 LHM = Sy/ty 266= 266 day of year (September 23 ) - Which fits into the date the truck was "born" A = 1st shift

I would start with the regulator. Also, have you changed the fuel filter too?

Since voltage is good, that narrows it down. I would guess a pump. If you think about it, you just filled it up. Maybe it (for some reason) changed the work load of the pump. Also, do you think the fuel filter? Thinking of cheaper things first...
