I've never seen Len's Neon with "wheelie bars".. It's a real, DAILY DRIVEN Neon. It wears 4 slicks at the track and 3 sweet Hi-Po chrome rims/tires on the street. It has all stock internals except for forged pistons. And I mean stock factory parts. He's trying to beat that 10.5 in his daily...
