you have to run a afpr with the ultimate because the fp has to be turned up to 50 psi base with the afpr vav line unpluged from the reg. more than likely you are getting knock real baddd :o

run a 02 SS this morning from a dead stop Left on 4psi and beat him to about 100 then had to lift 8) I dont think he had ever seen a sy launch but now he has dont think he will come back for more 8)
use a diegrinder on the wastegate outlet of the turbo you can inlarge it to about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" that alows the wastegate to vent more exaust and you souldnt get boost creep as bad. the one on my turbo was only 3/4" and I was getting creep real bad now it is solid. also going up on spring psi...
have you ported the wg hole coming out of the turbo ? I had boost creep until I did that now I have rock solid boost with the atr wg on a te44 The base boost is going to be about 2 psi below spring rate with the atr gate you have to dick with it alot to get it right.. nothing a little beer...
