With the correct yoke inserted into each transfer case, the overall length difference only appears to be right at one inch at the most. If I install the TY case and modify my Syclone driveshaft to use a 32 spline yoke - will it still be within tolerance seeing that it’ll end up being only 1”...
Anyone know the length difference between a SY vs TY driveshaft? Looking to swap my SY transfer case to a TY and there are differences in the output shaft length and diameter. Plus, anything else I should know before attempting the swap?

It’s almost always one or more of the ABS speed sensors. You can check them all at the four plugs in the ABS unit. Look for a continuity issue with a simple multimeter. You have a sensor on all four wheels
