where can i buy a scan tool for my truck, any particular one that works good or can i just buy a obd 1 scan tool from the snap on guy?

i just ordered the multi chip, fuel press reg, egr block off, and 3 bar map sen. :D would it be wise to gut my cat, or just leave it as is, ive read that it would cause boost spikes with the stock turbo?? any advantages. or disadvantages?

anybody know where i can pick up a shifter linkage for my Sy? the one that goes on the tranny pan. the one that i have now looks kinda fabbed up :( , and the shifter is a bit hard to get in gear. :rant:
