I am relocating the battery to the rear of my Ty and I was wondering what is the best place to tie in the 10 ga wire from the alternator? I would rather not run it all the way to the back, I was thinking at the starter solenoid where the positive cable will end up. Any better ideas?

I am looking to ditch the rear drums and upgrade the front brakes on my Ty. I want something that fits the stock wheel setup and will work decently for drag racing and autocross. Will the LS1 setup work for both front and rear, or should I look at the stainless steel brakes or baer options?
