My syclone oil pressure gauge on the dash is pegged all the way around 360 resting at the bottom peg. Unplugged battery, nothing, installed new pressure gauge senor, nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this or what the cause is? No issues I am aware of with the oil etc. All other gauges work fine.

My 10k mile syclone has the original firhawks on it. It’s long past due needing to replace for dry rot. Been holding off cause I can’t seem to find a tire that “looks” similar to the fire hawks. Saw one at a car show where the guy had bf Goodrich G Force comps on it and I did not like the look...

Thanks.... I am not a mechanic and did not realize the throttle body was related to the tranny, I thought the throttle body only regulated air going into the manifold. I’ll have him look at those cables for sure. My hard shift is primarily 1st and 2nd also.

Is it normal for the transmission to shift hard on these trucks? Seems much harder than my S10. My mechanic asked me if the truck had a shift kit on it but I don’t know what the prior owner may have done etc, but he never mentioned that and the service records don’t indicate that. My syclone...

Ok thanks. I am going to do that and replace all the vacuum hoses also. I saw that sport machines sells a kit for the plugs/wires/cap made by Ice ignition....are those known to work well on these trucks or does it even matter. If not what brand acdelco?

My low mileage (10k miles) has been acting up a bit lately. Idle can be a bit rough/shaky at times. Thinking it may just need a tune up. Last year I replaced ALL the fluids, put a new heater core in (leaking), and replaced ALL the filters. She is still ideling a bit rough. Thought it may have...
