This guy just got scammed by PEP! - SyTy/SGT

I received this PM earlier today:

Dear Ivanko,

In searching the Internet for information about PEP in Tampa, Florida, I came across your series of problems with them.

I currently have my own major problem with this company and Dennis Abbey. My company hired them to build us a chassis for an agreed-upon price, including all design and engineering. The project is only 50% completed and I just received a bill for an additional $72,000 to complete the project, and they are holding my jigs and fixtures hostage. I am searching for an attorney in the area, and thought you might have possibly used one. Mr. Abbey does not answer my phone calls either.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated. These guys are scum. Thank you.

Did the guy send you a copy of the contract or something similar? Sounds like a bad deal but wonder what the whole story and agreement is/was?
