Project Insanity: New motor start-up

Well, New motor is finally in and running as of today. Started it up and let it run to make sure oil pressure came up and everything looks good. Had to burn off the assembly lube and it was running a little rich. Its just good to finally hear it run and see the oil pressure come up and idle @ 50 psi

New built motor start-up 09

OH YEAH ! ! ! ! New videos to come real soon...

As for an intercooler. I had a W2A setup on it before I put the motoer in and went to a A2A. Its setting right here but I did not get it completely done so I just hooked up the pipe straight to the motor so the tune would still be close for the initial start-up. It will be going on along with the 50mm BOV and ALKY injection.

Sounds very nice. No mistasking that for a V-6.

cool, intercooled means its a street/strip truck, i know the fast buick guys that build 1/4 mile cars run on alcohol and dont need to be intercooled or even have a radiator or water in the block! dont think you can run on the street like that for long tho.
