Bin patch file to improve TunerPro ALDL connectivity.

The link below is a patch file to fix some receive setup problems in the $58 code.
This seems to fix Moates Autoprom connectivity in Emulation mode on the vehicles that it's been tested on so far.

It also makes Tunerpro in general connect a lot better/faster, even with a regular cable.


To patch, you'll need to have patcher from:
http://www.digwaretech.com

Follow the Bin Patcher menu.


From there, just patch your Syty bin with the txt file at the link below.

This should work with all the released wide-band patches that I've done, but I can't guarantee how well it'll work with someone else's.

This also won't work with my early Syty extended F77 patch, so if you're running that, you'll need to remove that patch first.

This patch is freely available to anyone who wants to use it. As with any code patch, stuff can go wrong. This is a very early beta patch, and has only been tested on a few applications.

I helped initially test this patch and it is awesome. It makes it so you can finally use your AUTOPROM in TunerPro to emulate and log at the same time in $58. Also it makes it connect very quickly in both TunerPro and Datamaster.

In Datamaster the waiting PCM sync only shows up briefly. No more sitting there waiting for it to connect up for a couple of seconds. It just connects asap.

I haven't tested this on EFILIVE so not sure if it works with it.

umm okay. maybe i'm not understanding this. I'm hitting run, then running the patcher, but all i get is a small window that says; SyTy patcher by Dig Usage- patcher.exe <binfile><patchfile> and i hit the okay and it dissapears...

"Command syntax is as follows: (assuming you extracted the files to c:patcher)

patcher c:mybindirmychipbin.bin c:patcherptchfile.txt

This will apply the patch contained in ptchfile.txt to mychipbin.bin, and will output the results to mychipbin.bin.pch "

Then change the file extension on mychipbin.bin.pch to mychipbin.bin and upload to chip/emulator .

Hey now, if code59 is slang for a gay switcheroo, then I'll hafta go back to $58. Crap, I've had this gay code in my truck for weeks now, no telling how my truck has been influenced. Pretty soon, the truck will only go in reverse with the tailgate down.

Don't get me started on that subject. My Christian beliefs shine through in that matter, and I have a stern opinion on that subject.

Anywho, back to the lighter side of things. I've already casterated my exhaust @ the DP, so no chance of anything being inserted rearward. But, I did notice that my lumbar self inflated this morning, and it seemed to be much more snug around the azz area. Hmmmm......

Might hafta buy a Typhoon (that's the female version of these trucks for those of your that dont know - better looking rear, softer skin, etc...) to get my truck back on my side of the fence.

I've seen Jeff's Syclone have a "trunk" full of stuff on several occasions......

I think I need to keep my trucks the hell away from him for awhile!!!
