Project Never Ends - Page 14 - SyTy/SGT

Truck moved under it's own power today for the 1st time in over 5 years. WAHOO.

A few bugs to work out and truck isn't really DONE by any means, but drivable is a good start for sure.

The plugs were partially fouled from tuning, so a couple cylinders are not exactly happy. During the 3 drives around the block I could tell a few times those plugs actually lite off and WOW. Not sure my nut sack will be able to handle this.

Motivation to get all the little stuff done is high so be driving it to work in no time.

Here is a pic I took just a hour ago at Jeff's. We started on the exhaust manifolds on my sy today.

VIDEO of the truck taking the 2nd drive in 5+ years.

Still a fair amount of tuning, didn't even hook up the laptop today.

Yep, you were the last person to ride in it before it broke. Did you notice I make sure your not around now when I drive it? I want to actually drive the damn thing this time and I think your bad luck.

The tune is still so far off it isn't funny, I started with a stock injector bin, did 3 autotunes and then found out only the right bank was firing. Haven't done any tuning since been too busy finishing up some other projects.

The short test drive in video was spur of the moment and it is obvious if I plan to keep the neighbors from being rather upset with me, I need to get the mufflers installed soon.

The throttle cable is slow to return though which makes it not so fun to go drive it much when you never sure it will come back as quick as you hope. New one ordered today though.
