I'd love to make the trip, but we've got too much going on. Can't believe there's no other local replies. . . Where's everyone hiding?

Dude, it's called a cell phone. Use it! I would've loved to see you up there. Instead I spent the night scraping wallpaper

Re: Test and tune

Don't know the specifics yet as I couldn't attend, but John ran a 9.6 1/4 mile at Bandimere (5183 elevation) last night. Had to get on the brakes as the truck still has the death wobble so probably could have been faster, but a step in the right direction at least.

John has the video so hopefully he can get it uploaded sometime in the next couple of days. Not sure what causes the death wobble going down the track, but we really need to figure it out before the season closes up here.

woah....9.6 at bandimere is like a 9.3 at sealevel according to altitude correction factors that i found.

Hey John, if you need space to host the video, as opposed to compressing it for YouTube etc., let me know.

I have no way to get it off the camera.....1.55 60' 6.2 1/8 at 117 mph 8.0 at 1000' and then I hit the brakes hard to stop the wobble.

Re: Test and tune

So the wobble is on the big end eh? It is after a shift? You don't think the suspension is unloading, i sure hope not.

Have you scaled it on each corner?

That has to be scary lol
