Dash is going back into today !! Put this together last night was burning the midnight oil didn't go to bed until 130 in the morning ..Cluster got redone sent that back to Tom at sportmachines .It turned out great :tup:

:dunno:not sure how you could miss this build! Paul I have been watching your build as well how is it going for you..Thanks for checking out the thread nice to see other members enjoy the build with me.

How hard was it to remove the dash? Need to do that to my Sy to clean up wiring issues and going to do a restore of it as well.

This was my first dash I did .It really wasn't to bad .First take out the center console [take out shifter and plate]and then the steering wheel then the steering column. Disconnect electrical connections .Leave cluster, controls leave in disconnect cable from heater-vent deal location by heater core on top of plastic piece .Remove ecm board before getting ready to pull dash out it will just fall out it really doesn't matter I guess. Main electrical box with all the fuses push that in to the cab after taking the three screws out .Connections on the back side tilt dash towards you to get at all the connections that need to be taking off
I recommand that you have some help It goes alot faster when someone is helping.Look in the vault under dash removal by canadian and davep..hth

It was a busy weekend for me last weekend.Got turbo in and got in upper IC.During the week got all the wiring back together under steering column. Got oil return line and fitting back on on pan used some high temp RTV on seal. Connect coolant line as well.

As you can see, got the side vents back in and the radio bezel in to finish out the dash .Got front speakers put in as well..

Put in new lower intercooler with a bosch pump and new hoses! The new IC is awesome fits like a glove ..Thanks again to Tom at Sportmachines!!

:boink:Got truck up and running today what joy!Put in all new fluids .Had buddy come over and redo certain parts on my steering column. It was awesome to get my truck going today nice not to have jackstands under it at this point!!
