Spring setting? Usually 1 psi below base boost pressure.
Try the A setting to 65%

Stock wastgate? Hoses hooked up correctly? Aem truboost sensor setting set to internal or I setting? Is the truboost on? Stock turbo? What's the wastgate duty cycle set at? Spring pressure should be 3 psi lower than wastgate spring pressure....imho...ask me how I know...best way to dial it in is have someone drive the truck while you fool with the settings....

As long as you follow the video links, it should work as advertised.
I adjusted my spring setting w/in 1 psi of base boost pressure & works good. But will vary from engine to engine, different wastegate set-ups etc.
When the spring pressure setting is too close to your wastegates base boost pressure,, you will see the boost pressure rise & fall & not be consistent, just like the vid show.
I think the car in the vid has a base boost pressure of 8.7-9.0 psi? They adjust the spring rate to 10 PSI, 1 psi over base boost pressure & it began to oscillate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDzx2oW0cak&index=48&list=FLC47WILAMLZIhl7pE8DUelg
