Im looking to thread in an alky nozzle into my intercooler piping. Are guys just using a fuel jet for NOS systems? What has worked for others. Im just not caring for compressing the rubber backed washer that the alky control kit comes with.

I get a fxf coupling 1/8" and grind one side off then have it welded.

check out mcmaster carr online catalog page 2072. those are common injection nozzels for several of the alky injection mfg. and they come easy to find npt threads that you can get a bung for.
