Just because one has the ls1 and the other has the v6 still does not mean a thing.It could go both ways.

yeap....something tells me there's a couple of V6 guys out there that wouldn't back down from anyone at all....lol

personally, i don't think it would be fair if it were to go down with the two of them off the line. i think it would be more interesting for them to do like they do on "pinks". where they make separate runs for their times and who ever is the slowest gets the head start.

this is just my :2cents:

oh i agree with the rules being gay, but the awd turboed ls1 in my opinion clearly has the advantage, i would think.

why is that? Because it is a v8 does not mean anything.That is why alot of people get there ass handed to them...........Expect the unexpected...........no one ever does................lol

I remember a time like that,went to the track drove there 50 miles,guy in a bick block tubed out nova trailered car,I smoked his ass then drove 50 miles back home,he didnt know what to think.......

well, yeah cuz' it's a v8. i would race him. i mean, it's just a race. you win some>you lose some. i have full faith in our trucks but isn't "just a six" mostly stock and "eviltwin" a built ls1?

Racing for money in a SYTY would be a big no no for me. I am one of those guys who would never back down from a race no matter what. But I can not say I would put money on it. You NEVER know what could happen. Personally, if I were JUST A SIX and I was in for this, I would want some verification you had the cash. A lot of people around here race for money and never get paid. Doesn't sound like much of a race here anyway. Your truck could break something as well as his. I know that if I lost $1000 in a race because something broke I would be in deep shit in more ways than one.

Be nice for the race to happen for sure. Car hobby used to be fun before the internet. Now you got people that can sure type up a storm but really can't back up their big words in real life. Like my buddy says about building a fast car. So easy a Caveman can do it.

mrweeler?? Last I talked to him I think he was running 10's on his v6, and that was without turning the boost up or having a finished tune.

Yo six, I just saw evil twins truck last week...be afraid, be very afraid.

I'm sure this thread is dead now. It makes me laugh that "it's just a six" only posted one time. I'm sure he will continue to be a douchebag every where on here though.

I probably didn't give any resposes because I haven't been on here in four months. I can't really respond if I don't see anything.

When I logged on I had like 8 pm's about my swap with questions to help others. I like helping other people and giving my opinions on the subjects. But unlike you that's all I give is my opinion. I don't act like a douchebag and continue repeat my opinion over and over again(whether or not your wrong or right) like you do. No one on here likes you, ok maybe you could find one person, so I don't know why you continue to act like you do.

You tell people to grow up but you are the one who needs to grow up. Ask anyone here.

So I take it, that's a no on the race?
