Email notifications

I haven't been getting any email notifications from syty.net since 9:06am this morning. Is anyone else getting/not getting emails....or is it maybe getting blocked by my email host all of a sudden.

They seem to come and go, some days the work for me, others they dont.

Im 99% sure you will only get one notification per thread until the time you check the thread or the forum in general.

Could this be a possibily?

Not working for me today either. I've logged out a few times and posts have been added to mine and nothing. Other website forums are delivering email notifications to me frequently.

nope...def checking the threads and finding more posts to them. Haven't gotten a single one. maybe i should just mark the entire forum as 'read' and try that?

still no emails even though i marked everything as read. wacky. Guess i'll have to check w/ my email provider

Umm.. I didn't do anything.. maybe VBulletin is trying to tell us something..
Seems like it's dieing a slow death..

Mine work ok. I have been gettin em all day.

The site was down for a few hours last night. Around 11-12pm it went down and I finally gave up when I wnet to bed.

As long as I've ever been on this board I've never received email notification when PM'd or a thread I'm watching is responded to.

there are default settings to change that - do you have your UserCP set that you SHOULD be getting emails?

I only have mine setup for PM notification emails. I have been getting them regularly.

I have been getting them regularly again. I think the email host changed in the headers recently. I even got one for this thread.

mine never miss a beat, i dont have a whole lot of threads marked for instant e-mail, but the ones that are work all the time.

keith hasnt been able to find any issues on the server side and there are no problems on the forum side from what I can see.

i suggest checking your junk mail and/or contact your service provider if this issue continues for anyone.
