Q#1: Any reason why this wouldn’t work on our trucks:
http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?PARTNUMBER=64501T
7.5” or 7.625”, 28 spline, 3-series. Sounds like ours, unless I’m missing something.
In case anyone’s wondering, I blew my rear out Sat during our wrench session. I’d REALLY like to get the stout Eaton diff for our trucks, but don’t think I can swing the $$ right now. This could be a cheap alternative.
Q2: Will 96+ 4X4 S-10 Blazer rear axles fit syclones?
I’d like to swap to rear disc, and thought I saw a post stating that the 96+ Blazer rears would work. I can get a 96 3.42 limited-slip GU6 code rear for a couple hundred $. Would this be a pretty straight-forward swap onto my sy?
