scared about tranny, for launch

I just did a bunch of work to my truck, I have stock transmission,

what I did to it was, pte 52, 50# injectors, ultimate chip, running the t1 20 was told I can run the race timings, smc alky inj. running 20#of boost

just dont wanna launch it and be stranded.. or if i should launch it and just make sure i have a way to get it back home if anything did happen..

just tring to get more info and opinions of what you guys think, if it would be ok or if it will/might give out on me

It may go the first time, it may last 100 launches. But be assured, with that combo and a bone stock trans, it WILL go at some point.

:stupid: based on what I have seen over the years, it will probably be lower end of the 1-100 launches.

I wouldn't put much faith in stock transmission with a setup like that. I'm on my fourth (pro built) tranny at the moment with a mid 12s truck and the next time it goes, it's 4l80e time. It's not a question of "if" but "when".

mine went into the mid 11s. before it let go. Cheap EBAY REVMAX Conv pictured came apart causing the failure!! Be caeful or the picture will look firmilar!!
