I have a hard time seeing StTy values dropping much further than they already have. If one were looking to pick a price bottom I would say we are close to it now.
If you are looking for something with appreciation potential I would suggest equities or real estate, cars rarely make good investments. Even if you buy a car and then sell it 5 years later for the same exact amount you paid for it you still lose money. In addition to regular maintenance costs and registration/insurance, you also lose approximately 3% in dollar value per year due to inflation. :2cents:
