ok first off i log onto the web site every now and then sorry im not on here every day
1 i had to cut the exhaust where i did cause it was the best possible place to re weld i know ive done exhaust for about 10 yrs now and stainless turns brown after about a week
i did index the pipe as to be put on strait yeah the down pipe and exhaust housing LOOKS f ed up REMEMBER I JUST GAVE THAT TO YOU FOR FREE
2 the turbo i didnt try to lie or anything on that it needs to be rebuilt the housings have some scrapes but there still useable
i didnt know the extent of the rebuild thats why i sold it so cheap
i bought it from a distributor on here for 875 + shipping and 200 for the exh housing
and the thing smoked every since i took it out of the box i thought it was my brand new motor till i pulled the turbo off i called pte cause the distributor put me off everytime i called and pte said no warranty ..theres only about 50 miles on that turbo so i honestly didnt think it was totally junk

I normally refrain from replying to ignorant posts but I reserve the right to do so when I feel the need. For your information tough guy, yes I work for the USPS and yes I couldn't find your garbage. The reason is because when I entered our "official" site, I saw you sent it PARCEL POST instead of the way you were asked to send it and we don't track PARCEL POST. It is cheap shipment and there are reasons it is cheap. Since you are obviously cheap, it appears you found the reasons enticing...one of those being the opportunity to place money in your pocket instead of rendering James the service he paid you for.

I will respond on order:
1. I don't care about color, yea anybody that works with stainless knows that. Like I said, oh maybe 10 or so times now. I don't give a flip about the flange. It's hacked so short and pieced with that standard ex. pipe with two big holes in it that I can't use it since I don't have access to a mandrel bender here (not one here, period), even it was free.
Again on the cat back, never mind the "free" cat bypass "pieces". The hangers are hacked off and stainless round stock has to be ordered since no one stocks it here. I can't just make some welds and install it like we talked about. And as far has hacking it up in so many pieces, that’s total BS on your “best fit” excuse. Because I have no local source for decent exhaust work or materials here, I have taken a quick second to think about it and have ordered and shipped in at least 40+ complete ex. systems from Dr. Gas, Hooker, FlowTec and on and on and never had that many small pieces for an exhaust, little less a cat back pipe. By the way, I guess you didn’t know that items can be up to a total of 108” for shipping?

Still, NO DISCLOSURE OF THE HACKED OFF HANGERS OR ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE CAT BACK... AND CONTRARY TO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE SENDING.... JUST LIKE THE TURBO (see #2 below). REGARDLESS OF THE "FREE" SCRAP.
2. Yea the housings are still useable, too bad the cartridge (just most expensive part, oh and 90% of the turbo as a unit I might add) is 100%, prime time, HAMMERED. If you knew it had scrapes & gouges from grinding around in the housing then why in the hell would you not mention this obvious damage that can bee seen from the outside and that you now admit you knew about. I am starting to see a pattern here and it's not one of just being misinformed or not having access to a camera for pic's like you told me. I now see that you knew about it and didn't want to disclose accurate / complete information. Yea maybe you didn't lie, you just didn't tell the whole truth. Ha, my old man broke me of that habit when I was 5 yrs. old by wearing my ass out so bad I had to stand up for half the day. Come on Grant, were not 5 yrs. old any more :tdown: . I can read a newspaper through that a mile away!
3. I asked you for the shipping cost. I paid for the parts first (first paypal) because I was waiting for my Mastcard payment to post and told you I would follow up in a day or so after you had the total / weight etc. You PM me that $90 would cover it via Priority Insured and I sent you $95. The extra $5 was to stand in line at the Post Office or Paypal fees, which ever (I know $5 ain't a lot but I was trying to be nice cause you’re a member and all :tup: ). So how is it my fault that you made a mistake / payed for services that you didn't get or what ever? Hell at this point, you may not be "lying" I just don't know if your telling the whole truth or not :rotf: . If the money was no big deal (I find that so hard to believe after all this BS and smear ploy you have created!) why didn't you mention all the problems / maybe problems and say something like "this stuff may be junk, maybe not. I'll send it to you and you pay the shipping then let me know if you can use it, if not I'll pay to send it back". This happens a lot and not just on this board :tup:

I don't think I need to keep hashing this around. I have the proof. I am a good guy (little slow sometimes though due to traveling and my business) and honest. This has just been a "f ed up transaction" as he called from the start. Even if the parts were ok, there is still the shipping, communication (or lack there of I should say) and the general bad attitude issue. The guy's just a bad seller and not a good fellow member to act like this and put myself and the board in general through all this crap :tup:
I have said what I will do, had to say it too many time times now. I have been intentionaly bad mouthed and made to look bad (well he tried anyway :rant: ).

Like I said, in the post above. I ate / wrote off the $90 / $95 bucks I paid for Priority Mail Insured shipping a long time ago and I just don't belive a word he says and CAN'T TRUST HIM ANY MORE. That said, I knew a long time ago somthing was very very wrong.
Had the boxes been sent correctly most of this would have never happened in the first place and damn sure would not have been drug out over months. If he wants his scrap back then all he has to do is send me a Postal MO to the same address he sent the boxes to.
Too my way of thinking the rest is just water under the bridge, although it does seem the water just keeps getting deeper :tdown: ?

Like I said, in the post above. I ate / wrote off the $90 / $95 bucks I paid for Priority Mail Insured shipping a long time ago and I just don't belive a word he says and CAN'T TRUST HIM ANY MORE. That said, I knew a long time ago somthing was very very wrong.
Had the boxes been sent correctly most of this would have never happened in the first place and damn sure would not have been drug out over months. If he wants his scrap back then all he has to do is send me a Postal MO to the same address he sent the boxes to.
Too my way of thinking the rest is just water under the bridge, although it does seem the water just keeps getting deeper :tdown: ?
