socket head cap screw 10mm x 1.5 pitch

In a pinch you can use a 3/8" x 16 but they are a bit loose.

Thanks for posting. After hearing that, I think I might put a 3 inch catcon on. I don't want it any louder than that. I had the dump option put on so I can always run the dump at the track.

GJP - it seems that the item has a scratch on it at the tip of it. I would recommend to ship it to me and let me look at it.

There are a few places in queens that i know do alot of exhausts and pipe bending for turbos. I really would like to just buy one knowing that i will have no issues with it and install it myself with a new exhaust. I guess i have no other chose but to look into this further with one of the shops in queens. thanks

If Jeff doesn't want to make any more, maybe he can supply your shops with the turbo flange?? Just an idea, completely up to him and what his plans are...

3/8"x16 will strip out the exhaust side of the turbo. Dont use them.

Got mine in and I'm really happy how it fit aside from the flange issues. Clears all the spark plus and wires perfectly. Not sure why GM didn't make it this way. Much more functional with less chance of overboost (with turbo mods). Only difference on mine is that I drilled and tapped the exhaust housing to use the extra bolt hole. Wasn't that little bastard on the engine side fun? Lot tougher with the extra "pipe" at the bottom blocking it.

X2 Nice fit overall. (I have another post on the install) I did the 4th bolt as well. Regarding the bolts, I was lucky enough to have an experienced metal worker at work make everything line up and clear. Not a big deal for him, funny how easy it is when you have the right tools and experience. Regarding the "engine side" bolt what I did was bring them all up just snug then tighten that back bolt 1st with a 1/4 drive allen with a u-joint on an extension. (easy) Having done that I brought the others up tight, in effect, tightening that back bold a bit further leaving everything nice and tight.
